Ingredients:

  1. Pour the gelatin with a small amount of cold water and let it bloom.
  2. Dice the strawberries.
  3. In a deep bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar.
  4. Add the diced strawberries and stir gently.
  5. Melt the gelatin in the microwave (about 30 seconds) or in a water bath, then add it to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
  6. Pour into dessert cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
